Violet is a multiple Best in Show and Best in Specialty Show winner. She also won Awards of Merit at two separate OESCA National Specialties.
She was the top winning OES Bitch in the US in 2012 and 2013.
Judges have consistently commented on her balanced reach and drive, amazing coat texture, square body with a lovely length of neck, and all of this combined with a lovely headpiece.
She is a hard bitch to fault.
Violet represents another one of our combinations of European and American OES lines. Her father is UK, International, European, Greek, Austrian, Hungarian, Croatian, German VDH and DOESC Champion Aryakas Cosmo Junior. CJ has won the breed at
Crufts, the World Show and the Euro OES Show.
It takes a village, and Violet it is no exception. She was whelped by Dea and she has lived and been groomed and conditioned by her. Cindy Crawford-Gorath handled her to her Best in Shows and Best In Specialty Shows. After Cindy had some health challenges, Violet was shown by Luke Baggenstos to additional Best In Specialty Shows. Both of them put many, many group placements on Violet.
Elisabeth Antl, CJ’s owner, allowed us to import semen and breed to him. And of course, Colleen was there at all of the shows, constantly giving support to Dea as she prepared Violet for the ring.
Violet is an exceptional OES and is why when we campaign a dog, we call them “specials”!
We have so many wonderful pictures of Violet from shows, it is hard to pick just a few for the website.
At left is Violet finishing her championship at the GPOESC Specialty, handled by Dea. At right is Violet winning a Group 1, under judge Joan Zielinski. Cindy, Dea and Belinda Holcombe are in pink, as that show was dedicated to fighting breast cancer. Both Dea and Cindy lost their moms to breast cancer.
